after 1 sleep they changed our towels. they cleaned our room every day. they put new shampoo and soap in the bathroom every day. it was clean. the balcony was small but nice with artificial grass. the reception staff was welcoming, kind, kind, smiling. we slept 4 nights.

The location was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was with my young daughter and we felt safe. Breakfast was good and I liked that coffee was always available and they accommodated my requests for hot water to drink immediately.

The area is very well connected, with plenty of shops in every direction, including Aldi and other shops, metros, fast food, and takeaways. Some rooms have balconies. They have a lift, although very tiny, not for claustrophobic people or wheelchairs. 24/7 reception.

The room was very cozy we didn't need to turn the heater on for the first 2 nights because it was warm enough already. Bed was comfortable, staffs were very friendly and helpful. There is metro station very close to the hotel, restaurants and shops too.

The location, friendly receptionists (we only know Bernard by name but all were very friendly, especially the guy who checked us in). No AC but our room was never hot because of its position. Clean and nice. Bathroom was small but well layed out.
